Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash 9 Year Bourbon 750ml
Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash is a 9-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon that brings together two-thirds of the distillery's traditional bourbon mashbill with one-third of its wheated bourbon mashbill. Bottled at 100 proof, it balances rye-driven structure with the softer, rounded influence of wheat.
Aromas of toasted oak, honey, and white pepper lead to bright honey and citrus oil on the palate. The finish brings rich caramel and baking spices. Enjoy it neat, over a large cube, or in a premium Old Fashioned.
Available at One 11 Wine & Spirits in Hauppauge, NY.
